Was hoping to see a couple $5s in the morning. I am not sure how the minimums will be going forward, but yesterday they were $10 in blackjack in the morning, then $15, then $25 by mid afternoon. Also, dealers must stand on all 17s (soft or hard). Meaning, some have constant shuffling (the shoe is shuffled after every HAND) changing the odds significantly), some have the typical shoe, some have only one deck, and some have electronic chip tallies. The new table games are a great addition, but beware that the blackjack tables are all different. They don't have a good division between smoking and non, so be aware if smoke bothers you. They have hired a new bunch of servers for the sole purpose of keeping table players happy. The drink servers have gotten better at the slots and really were AMAZINGLY FAST yesterday at the tables. Valet parking is $15 but self parking is free and the lot is just a 3 minute walk. but I go there to have fun and not win! I find it much more stylish/trendy than the AC casinos (minus Borgata and maybe Harrah's). I find it fun, the bands are decent on the weekends, and the entertainment is there. Just went yesterday for the opening of the table games.
I have been to Las Vegas a few times, Atlantic City countless times, and Parx 5+ times.
